"Tracking could be better"
My order did arrive, but the tracking on Galls was off. It still showed as processing even after I got the shipping email, and then it updated late. Not a huge deal, but it made it hard to tell when my package was actually coming. 3 stars from me

"I had an issue with my order…"
I had an issue with my order and reached out to Galls hoping they’d help, but it just made things more annoying. It took forever to hear back, and when someone finally responded, it felt like they barely read my message. I kept getting bounced from person to person with no real solution. After dealing with that, I don’t really trust their customer service to fix anything if something goes wrong. I wouldn’t order from them again

"Absolutely No Help at All"
I’m not even exaggerating when I say the staff had no clue what they were doing. I asked a simple question and somehow ended up wasting my time completely. It was the most useless customer service experience ever.

I ordered my usual size, but the pants were way too big while the shirt felt tight, so the fit made no sense. Returning it was a hassle too, mostly because it wasn’t really clear who was responsible for what or who I was supposed to contact. Just an annoying experience overall.

"My plans got messed up and I didn’t feel good about the order"
I ordered from galls.com thinking everything would be straightforward, but the whole thing just felt off. The info on the order was confusing, updates took forever, and when I reached out with questions, the answers didn’t really help at all. I was counting on the order arriving in time for something I had planned, and the lack of clear communication basically threw everything off. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but I didn’t feel comfortable trusting them with my money after this. I’d probably just order somewhere else next time

The site works, I guess, but it definitely feels clunky and slow at times. Not exactly ideal when you're just trying to get something done without waiting around, but sure, it gets there eventually

"Pretty much what I expected"
I ordered a pair of pants and a shirt from Galls, and the sizing was close to what I figured it would be. The shirt fit well, and the pants were maybe just a little long, but not enough to bother me or anything. For what I needed them for, they worked out fine. Overall I’m happy with it and would probably order the same size again...

"Easy return, no drama"
I had to send back a jacket that didn’t fit right, it was way smoother than I expected. The return instructions were actually clear, I got updates without having to chase anyone down, and the refund showed up in a reasonable amount of time. I was fully prepared to blame whoever runs this if it turned into a hassle, but it really didn’t. No complaints from me.

"Refund showed up faster than I thought"
I had to send something back to galls because the fit just wasn’t right. I figured the refund might take a while, you know how returns can be, but once they got the item back, the money showed up in my account quickly.

I’m going with 4 stars because the return updates were a little slow and I ended up checking on it myself a few times. Not a huge deal, just kind of... could’ve been smoother. But the refund itself was fast, so I can’t really complain too much.

Customization took longer than I thought it would, because apparently patience is part of the design process. But once it finally shipped, the order turned out okay, so I can’t complain too much

"Comfortable, but a little stiff"
My feet felt good through the whole shift, so I’ll give them credit for that. But yeah, they were just a little stiff. Not painful or anything, just stiff, and I kept noticing the stiffness here and there. Overall they did the job, but I do wish they weren’t so stiff

"Okay products, but the updates were lacking..."
I ordered a couple of items from galls.com and didn’t find out until after I paid that one of them was on backorder. Not the end of the world... but the communication could’ve been a lot better. I kept having to check on it myself, and the expected dates seemed to change without any real update being sent to me. Customer service did respond when I reached out, but it was mostly the same vague answers. The items are fine once they finally show up, but waiting around with no clear idea of what’s going on gets frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless I really had to...

"Promo discount disappeared"
I had a promo discount showing at first, but by the time I went to use it, it had basically vanished. I reached out to support and they just said there was nothing they could do. Maybe the system is set up to drop discounts at checkout or something, I’m not sure, but it definitely felt frustrating and a little shady.

I ordered a few things from Galls and it all went about how they said it would. The delivery showed up right around the expected time, no chasing it down or dealing with random delays. Everything was packed fine and arrived in good shape. I’d order from them again, no issue

"Decent site, but stock info can be hit or miss"
I’ve ordered from Galls a few times and overall it’s been alright. The prices are reasonable and they do have a good selection when the items are actually in stock. My main gripe is the inventory info. I’ve had something look available when I placed the order, only to find out later it was backordered or delayed. When that happens once, it kind of makes you question the stock status on the whole site. It’s not a terrible experience, just a little frustrating when you’re expecting something to ship and then it doesn’t...
